1. How to make a mouse from an acorn
What you need:
- An acorn and its stalk, including the cup
- Paint
- Googly eyes
- Cotton or string
- Glue (PVA or UHU)
How to make it:
- Just ask your child to paint the cups of the acorn.
- Then help them to assemble to mouse by gluing everything else together.
2. How to make a little acorn owl
What you need:
- An acorn
- Orange and yellow paper
- Googly eyes
- Glue (PVA or UHU)
How to make it:
- Just ask your child to cut a little beak and wings from the paper. We made the beak triangle and the wings a little teardrop shape.
- Then help them to assemble the owl by gluing everything together.
