FUSSY EATER? TRY THIS 5 MINUTE SANDWICH

I’m here with the pickiest eater in the Universe, my niece, Chloe (3).

But today she ate her lunch and kept herself busy while I made mine. Try it yourself in 5 easy steps. You will need: bread, cheese (or dairy-free alternative), ham (or meat-free alternative), cherry tomatoes and a pepper. What to do:

1 Cut the bread into a rocket shape

2 Ask them to cut the ham and cheese into triangluar ‘flames’

3 Assemble the sandwich like this …

4 Halve the tomato to add the portholes

5 Put on the pepper yourself (mostly to up the salad content!)
