Fun 5-minute craft!
How to make your button bug
- Help your child to scrunch the tin foil into a ball. Cover with a fresh piece of foil to create a smooth surface.
- Now, ask your child to cover the bug with buttons.
- Lie the two pipe cleaners side-by-side. Ask your child to glue the bug on top of them at one end. Glue googly eyes onto the other end.
- Once dry, bend up the antennae to make eyes. You can make them a bit wiggly or even curl them into spirals.
